about Catherine
Hey there! I'm Catherine.
My academic background is in Psychology, with Certification as an Executive, Business and Personal Coach. I'm also an Intuitive and Enegery Worker. However, my greatest teacher has probably been the wealth of life experiences I've navigated and learned from. The most challenging times have gifted me a rich, deep understanding of human suffering, what it's like to feel stuck but also how to move through this to a truly empowered place where you can create life as a master. This is what motivates me to help you through your challenges for the past 16 years.
Because I've always been open intuitively, I can see layers of reality and receive information. Through direct experience I have had, I can tell you that your life truly matters and probably more than you realise. It will be recorded and an imprint of it will remain here long after you have left. That is why it is so important to find the joy, peace, contribution, purpose, meaning, creativity, insight, learning and mastery.
Catherine facilitates Spiritual Experiences and Energetic Realignment to enable you to let go of what holds you back. The work is from the perspective of your Soul, incorporating psychology and coaching. Each session is chanelled live from your Soul, bringing through the insights and clearing you are needing at that moment. You can then move towards the life you really want for yourself and be who you were born to be.
